Seasoned ground turkey, grilled on skewers, and served with a tamarind chutney.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line tray with foil and grease slightly with olive oil.
Combine all ingredients and form long thin kebobs.
They should be approximately 5 inches in length and 1 1/2 inches thick. Place kebobs on tray and cook for about 15 minutes.
Once the kebobs are cooked, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top before serving.
Serve with tamarind chutney.
