This is easy and sure to beat any restaurant tapenade. You'll really impress guests with this gourmet alternative to the usual spreads and dips.

  • Servings: 10-12


½ Red Onion, minced
½ cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
¾ cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
½ cup Chopped Green Olives
½ cup Chopped Fresh Basil
Salt & Pepper, to taste


In a small skillet over medium heat, saute onion in half the olive oil, until soft. Stir in vinegar. Add remaining oil and all other ingredients, then chill. Serve with bruschetta or sliced artisan bread.
