Underwood Curry Canapes

These chicken and cream cheese canapes served in pre-packaged Phyllo cups are elegant, but easy. Try them at your next party.
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon McCormick's Hot Madras Curry Powder
- 2 4 oz cans of Underwood Chicken Spread
- 1 Tablespoon of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt (add more to taste)
- 1 package Pepperidge Farm Phyllo dough cups, frozen

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Phyllo cups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Blend the chicken spread with the remaining ingredients and spoon, or pipe, into pastry cups. Bake for 8 minutes or until center appears creamy and bubbly.
Notes: Can be served hot or at room temperature.
