Vegetable Puffs

These puffs make a great appetizer or a great side dish. They are also a quick and easy snack.

Ingredients
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed, may need 4 depending on mixture size
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can peas
  • Vegetables, any kind
  • Grated cheese, any kind
 
Method

Place canned vegetables in a bowl and mix together. Cut each pastry sheet into 6 even rectangles. On half of the rectangles, place mixture leaving a small border. Put cheese on top. Place other half of rectangles on top of mixture. Press down sides with a fork. Brush with milk. Cook at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Number of Servings: 2 sheets - 6 puffs 4 sheets - 12 puffs etc
