Place canned vegetables in a bowl and mix together. Cut each pastry sheet into 6 even rectangles. On half of the rectangles, place mixture leaving a small border. Put cheese on top. Place other half of rectangles on top of mixture. Press down sides with a fork. Brush with milk. Cook at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
