Venison marinated in a soy-ginger sauce, wrapped with bacon and grilled on skewers. A great party appetizer.
Create marinade by mixing soy sauce, oil, garlic, brown sugar, sherry and ginger in a large bowl. Cut tenderloin into 2 X 1 X 1 inch pieces. Wrap each piece with bacon.
Place in marinade and soak for 6 to 8 hours. Remove venison from marinade and place onto skewers. Place skewers on a very hot grill and cook until medium RARE. DO NOT OVER COOK. Remove from skewers and place on a serving tray and watch them disappear!
Notes:
A very healthy appetizer!
