This is a dip is made up of Italian sausage, pepperoni, artichoke hearts, red sweet pepper, mushrooms, onion, a little marinara sauce, and 6 cheeses.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 container boursin cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage (Graziano?s brand)
  • 1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup red sweet pepper
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup fontina cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara cheese

Method

Saute 1/2 cup onion, one cup sliced mushrooms and 1/4 cup red pepper. Brown 1 lb. Graziano Italian Sausage and combine with above sauteed vegetables. Mix in one container of Boursin Cheese in meat and vegetable mixture. Add 1/4 cup of Marinara Sauce and 1/4 cup of sliced pepperoni to the above ingredients. Dice up artichoke hearts and add to the mixture. Add to the above 1/4 cup of the following cheeses: Cheddar Cheese, Provolone and Fontina. Spread mixture in the bottom of large serving plate or bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Mozzarella and 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese on the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Take cover off and let top of dip brown which takes approximately 5 minutes. Serve with miniature garlic toasts or pita triangles.
