Yogurt Cheese Dip

This dip is a healthier choice with lowfat yogurt, feta cheese and red pepper.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 large container plain yogurt, no fat or low fat variety, without added gelatins or stabilizers
  • 1/4 cup roasted chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup fat free feta cheese

Method

Scoop yogurt into a clean coffee filter or cheesecloth held inside a bowl to catch whey. To remaining yogurt cheese add pepper and crumbled feta cheese. Serve with choice of fresh vegetables or crackers.
