Yummy Hot Italian Dip

This cheesy dip is packed with tomatoes, roasted peppers and pepperoni. This dip sits in the crock-pot through the whole event.
 

Ingredients

  • 32 oz box cream cheese
  • 8 oz Velveeta, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, blended in food processor until smooth
  • 1 cup canned chopped fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Pita chips or bagel chips

Method

Heat all ingredients in sauce pan over medium heat, stirring often. Heat until all is melted and bubbly, 10-15 minutes. Keep warm in crock-pot. Serve with chips.
