The use of light and lowfat ingredients in this recipe make this great and tasty snack a healthy snack.
Clean and chop shrimp and mix with crabmeat and chopped mushrooms - set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Add flour and stir - then add cream, cream cheese and sour cream, stirring constantly. Consistency should be creamy. Add sherry, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, salt and pepper and remove from heat. Spray 9x12 glass baking dish with nonstick spray, pour in crab and shrimp mixture - and cover with melted ingredients from saucepan. Cover with shredded cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese melts on top. Serve with homemade tortilla chips.
