Yummy Smoothie


Fresh fruit that you freeze and then lend makes this a really cool treat. And it's healthy.



Ingredients:

  • 9 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 7 raspberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 4 ice cubes

Method

Freeze all of berries. When frozen, blend berries with orange juice and bananas. Put in ice cubes and blend with rest of mixture. Add yogurt and blend until desired consistency.

Number of servings: Yields 3 servings
