Ingredients:
| 1× 15 oz can | Cannellini Beans, white italian kidney beans |
| ¼ cup | Tahini |
| ¼ cup | Fresh Lime Juice |
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| ½ | Small Onion, minced |
| ¼ tsp | Salt, or to taste |
| Black Pepper | |
| Cayenne, to taste, optional | |

Directions:
Drain and rinse beans well. Add all ingredients to food processor. Blend until smooth, adding small amounts of water to achieve desired consistency. Chill and serve.
Spread on whole wheat pita, with grated carrot, havarti cheese and tomato slices, if desired. Or use as a dip with pita chips or baby carrots.
