Zesty Guacamole Dip

Jalapenos, garlic and an herb seasoning mix give this guacamole dip a bit of a kick--add Tabasco if you like it hot.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp herb seasoning

Method

Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips.

 

Notes: I like to use Spike seasonings in my dish.
