This easy dip can be made ahead. Just process garbanzo beans, salad dressing, garlic, lemon juice, pepper and basil, and then chill overnight.

  • Servings: 12


1 can Chick Peas, rinsed and drained
⅔ cup Salad Dressing, either roasted red pepper, sundried tomato & oregano, or italian
2 cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp Basil


Place all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth. Pour into bowl and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with parsley when ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips, vegetables or pita wedges.
