|1 can||Chick Peas, rinsed and drained|
|⅔ cup||Salad Dressing, either roasted red pepper, sundried tomato & oregano, or italian|
|1 Tbsp||Lemon Juice|
|Fresh Ground Black Pepper|
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth. Pour into bowl and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with parsley when ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips, vegetables or pita wedges.
