Ingredients:
| 1 can | Chick Peas, rinsed and drained |
| ⅔ cup | Salad Dressing, either roasted red pepper, sundried tomato & oregano, or italian |
| 2 cloves | Garlic |
| 1 Tbsp | Lemon Juice |
| Fresh Ground Black Pepper | |
| ½ tsp | Basil |
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth. Pour into bowl and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with parsley when ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips, vegetables or pita wedges.
