Zesty Chicken Enchilada Dip

This zesty dip that takes after the famous enchilada dish is great for any party and perfect for scooping up with chips.

Ingredients:

• 3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
• 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
• 4 green onions, chopped
• 1 can Rotel, drained
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or 1 tbsp dried
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp paprika

Method

Mix all ingredients well. Chill for at least 2 hours, but preferably over night. Serve with chips.
